Shipping & Returns

Here’s what you need to know about getting your order to you and returning items if needed.

We’re based in the UK, but we ship Spudd™ products all over the world.

UK Orders: We usually send your order out within 2 working days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and service you choose at checkout.
International Orders: Delivery times and costs vary depending on where you are. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

We pack everything carefully so your tools arrive ready to use.

If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

Return Conditions: Items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging.
Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start a return.
Refunds/Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake.
Non-Eligible Items: Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
